NH3Edge is a product and consulting practice of IIOTK Solutions LLC, based in Salt Lake City, Utah ("NH3Edge," "we," "us"). This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website, nh3edge.com. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@nh3edge.com.

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, and message, and — if you choose to provide them — your company or facility name, facility type, estimated ammonia system size, and areas of interest. If you email us directly or request a resource download, we collect the information you include in that correspondence.

Information collected automatically. Like virtually all websites, our hosting infrastructure (Microsoft Azure) generates standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, browser type, and pages requested. We use these only for security and site operation.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services
• Prepare proposals and deliver consulting or monitoring services you request
• Send you resources you specifically request (such as example spreadsheets)

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We use a small number of service providers to operate this website, and your information passes through them only as needed to serve you:

• Microsoft Azure — hosts this website
• Resend — delivers contact form submissions to us by email

Today, this website does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

We may in the future use advertising and analytics tools — such as Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, or the LinkedIn Insight Tag — to measure how visitors find and use our site. These tools use cookies or similar technologies and may collect your IP address and pages visited, subject to the privacy policies of Google and LinkedIn respectively. If we adopt these tools, this policy will be updated to reflect them.
